Finding key partners and supporters is an integral part of any successful marketing campaign for an event or exhibition.
Numerous of our relationships that have started as partnerships and supporter agreements have developed into strong, loyal friendships that both parties now value as intrinsic parts of their overall marketing campaigns.
The basis of any of our partnerships is for it firstly to be of advantage to both parties in terms of both association and branding benefits. Then, the most successful sponsor partnerships have created commercial value as well as achieving human connections for both parties - in exchange of course for the funding provided by the sponsorship.

We Need New Friends
Our partners and sponsorship agreements allow for bespoke proposals to be tailored for each prospective supporter.
There are many levels of activity/support:
1. Event Naming Partner
2. Media Supporter
3. Platinum Supporter
4. Gold Supporter
5. Silver Supporter
6. Contra Supporter
Each package of inclusions for the selected level can be added to from within a list of options to further increase the supporter’s exposure requirements.
To differentiate, the following definitions apply:
Partner or Supporter:
This option involves the payment of funds by the outside party to Expertise Events, including the cost of a stand at the event.
Other items included in the package are geared towards various means of promoting the other party’s involvement or ‘support’ of the events and exposure.
Each level of support includes variations of support and/or involvement in the overall marketing activity plan for the event.
Contra:
This option involves an exchange of goods and services between the two parties involved, whereby no direct costs are outlaid or invoiced by either party. A stand must be taken at the event to promote/sell the sponsor goods or services.
Each different level of support is structured to incrementally increase the ability of our supporters to maximise their involvement and exposure in the event, thereby increasing their return on investment.
Organisations and companies that have previously supported an event will have first right to participate in the program for the next year. We reserve the right to offer exclusivity at our discretion for any of the listed opportunities.
